Incognito - The condition of having a disguised or concealed identity.
The above picture means, that there are many incognito people, who are actually responsible for lot of things, but the blame is on someone else...

4. deduct - To take away (a quantity) from another; subtract.
5. paradigm - One that serves as a pattern or model.
6. plagiarize - To use and pass off (the ideas or writings of another) as one's own
7. objectivity - External or material reality.
8. precipitous - Extremly steep.
9. recapitulate - To repeat in concise form.
10. reciprocate - To give or take mutually; interchange.
11. empathy - Identification with and understanding of another's situation, feelings, and motives.
